The Internet provides a lot of dinosaur resources, but not
a lot of good ones. We've tried to find the very best for
a variety of age levels. They include everything from factual
data to coloring books; paper-folded dinosaurs to "sounds"
they may have made; lesson plans to clip art. Even if you
have a set of lessons, check these out to update yours or
add depth. We've even included a site where students can post
their own drawings.
Alan Haskvitz recommends copying a dinosaur timeline, like
those below, to post around the room to help anchor students
in that time period. Extend it to modern times to help students
see the short time humans have occupied the Earth.
