A great President's Day lesson for students begins here:

Start by viewing portraits of the presidents and first ladies, 1789-present. GO!

Next, see how tall the president was. Students develop a scale and try to make the presidents to scale with a drawing of the face on each one. Makes for a nice, small diorama. GO!

Check out how some of the presidents were ranked. Then, make trading cards with the backs listing their ranks, heights and other personal data. GO!
